I am seriously concerned about the current plans for bypassing Stonehenge, because I understand that, according to the UNESCO World Heritage organisation, the plans as they currently exist now threaten not just the stones themselves but the whole Mesolithic site, it's history and its wildlife. I understand that there are better alternative plans available, which the planning inspectorate are not considering.
It is VITAL that ALL options are widely researched, as the proposed plan will do irreparable damage to a unique site. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND START AGAIN!
