This is an international heritage site which we understand only a part of thus far future generations may be able to discover more than research has demonstrated thus far; but not if areas surrounding this most famous of stone circles is disturbed and valuable heritage discoveries lost forever. We have to be better than [Redacted]; we must not give in to the convenience of short term economic needs there are better ways. Britain is better than this!!! Please for the sake of the future as well as preservation of an authentic past do not destroy any portion of the surrounding territory that has stood for all these millenia only to be destroyed for temporary convenience. We even built our own replica stone circle gardenscape here in our front yard in Dover, Ohio to represent our cultural heritage & excite the imagination of students & town folk to learn more about our distant past.
