I strongly OBJECT to this proposal for the following reasons:

This would DESTROY a Blick Mead World Herritage Site BEYOND REPAIR! UNESCOs' International Advisers have made it clear that the archaeology of Stonehenge is a "Landscape Without Paralell" and the proposal should NOT go ahead.

We desperately need some alternative options in this consultation which would NOT damage the World Heritage Site, disturbing the rare bird species (Stone Curlew and Great Bustard) and obstructing the view of the World Herritage Site from the road.

If this proposal were to go ahead,:

  1. The rare bird species would be disturbed by significantly increased noise from faster traffic.

  2. the archaeology of the World Herritage site would be destroyed beyond repair.

  3. It would then be necessary to to pay to see the Stones in future.
