I feel that the proposals would do irreparable damage to a site that is not only of importance to the UK but is unique in the world. Advisors from the WHS are also in agreement that this proposal in its current form should not go ahead. Their expert opinions should be listened to. I am concerned that the proposals will also cause irreparable damage to the nearby mesolithic site of Blick Mead and that the environmental impact will be negative - affecting bird life and creating noise pollution.
