I am deeply concerned that this application with have catastrophic implications in terms of destruction to long-established habitats of both animal and bird and also plants and ancient landscape. I am also deeply perturbed that the site of Stonehenge may be open to damage and that the entire site may be severely and irreparably disturbed. I object to the fact that people will not be able to freely view the site and will have to pay in order to see it. I object to damage to farmland too. Leave the site be and continue to learn about it-at the moment our knowledge of a site of world renown is still too scant to lend itself to potential damage of such a sensitive henge site.
