I object to the plans to build a A303 tunnel. The tunnel will ruin this World Heritage Site and surrounding landscape. The water table will change and cause irreparaple damage to the Mesolithic site at Blick Mead which has still many secrets to tell us. One of the joys of driving along the A303 is being able to spot the Stones and the unique view makes it the best route in England to drive along. This sight will no longer be available to all if plans for this tunnel go ahead. There is a complete lack of options in consultation that would not damage the World Heritage Site.
