I object to these plans: Because they will cause long-term and detrimental changes to the valuable Heritage site, in terms of disturbance of other (as yet unfound) historical characteristics: Because it will disrupt the wildlife to which it provides a perfect living space. Because it will prevent all those passing by to see, WITHOUT A FEE, one of the iconic monuments recognised as being in the UK: taking away the public view - a view to which they are freely available to see at present.

Because this is a project designed to have a huge impact on an iconic site, to ensure a better flow of traffic...Yet, knowing the area, there are easier, less expensive and more simple ways of routing traffic through this area - yet none has been proposed.

This is a simple 'imposition' on the area, not a sensitive, well thought out plan to benefit all. Back to the drawing board, remove vested interests - (someone is profiting from this) and start a sensible approach to traffic which this scheme fails to do....
