I am concerned by the following That the construction of a tunnel past Stonehenge could spell the loss of a unique site that can trace the presence of people back to the last Ice Age That the construction of a tunnel and a flyover near the site will cause the water table to drop, damaging remains preserved in water-logged ground. That preliminary drilling at Blick Mead, has already damaged a man-made platform of flint and animal bone. That the proposed entrance is too close to the Normanton Down Barrows
