My representation is that only those personally experiencing or having extensive knowledge of the spiritual culture of these islands should decide what should happen and not happen to the sacred sites therein. I firmly believe that the significance of these historic stones and the associated sites must be central to any planning process concerning them, and that this can only be achieved by people who are approaching development and/or their protection without bias towards material convenience, and without putting motor vehicles first in any decision making. I think if people have to walk to see Stonehenge, in order for the earth energy below and around them to be preserved, then that is what should happen, and the Highway Department must focus differently from their usual modus vivendi or a travesty is unavoidable.

My representation identifies the main problem with this planning application - that it has been put together by people who are not trained in the historical significance of the site.

Unless the proponents arise in the full knowledge of the sacred history of this island, and specifically of the spiritual quality of the area, including the Ley Lines and other Earth Energies, it is certain that what is significant will be ignored, and key elements perhaps irretrievably damaged.
