I am concerned there will be Irreparable damage to Stonehenge, its archaeology and setting, described by UNESCO as a ‘landscape without parallel’. In fact UNESCO’s international advisers say the scheme should not go ahead in its present form. I am also concerned about damage to Blick Mead Mesolithic site and its setting. There will be disturbance of rare bird species (Stone Curlew and Great Bustard for example). Lastly there seemed a lack of alternative options in consultation that would not damage the World Heritage Site. I realize that something needs to be done to improve the road as I have travelled the A303 more time than I care to remember, but this way forward seems to be the wrong one. Thank you for your attention
