Irreparable damage to the World Heritage Site, its setting and archaeology and all that may lie in the surrounding area as yet undiscovered. The economic impact of this loss on tourism.
The loss to future generations who may well not 'benefit' from the planned transport infrastructure but who will have lost through the devaluation of Stonehenge itself and the loss of surrounding sites.
The impact of this destruction on UK's international reputation. This site is not Britain's alone but is a World Heritage Site and it belongs to the whole world. [Note UNESC's view on this plan.]
