The traffic congestion at Stonehenge 303 should be solved by limiting site visits NOT building a tunnel.
The monument has more than one function: it is not only an attraction for tourists. It is the ancient fabric of English identity; a sacred site to possibly milions of people; archeologically unique; and mysterious. Part of its mystery belongs to the underground associated area not least geomagnetic forces. The proposed tunnel does not respect the above and I wish therefore to have the opportunity to represent in particular concerns re interference with underground streams and forces.
