I object to this piece of wanton vandalism. In 2016 i did a number of walks in the Stonehenge area. These made it clear that Stonehenge exists in an incredible landscape of historic features. It is clear from the commentary of experst such as Mike Parker Pearson that this proposal will cause irreparable and significant damage to this landscape. This area is part of the patrimony of mankind. You have care of it for all humanity. I believe it would be an appalling act of desecration which would set a precedent for others around the world who have care of such sites. DO NOT APPROVE THIS ABSURD PROPOSAL
