Thank you for the opportunity to make written representation with regard to the western section of the proposed Amesbury to Berwick Down A303 road scheme. This representation will cover 7 issues:
Issue 1. The retention of the Current Access from Scotland Lodge Farm (SLF) onto the B3083 (Shrewton to Winterbourne Stoke Road).
Issue 2. The reduction in the quantity of land from SLF being Temporary Acquired by Highways England (HE) (currently 15 acres) for the purposes of re-landscaping and disposal of spoil.
Issue 3. The removal of rights currently planned to be retained by HE following the handing back of temporarily acquired land at the completion of the project.
Issue 4. The removal/potential relocation of Green Bridge 1.
Issue 5. The removal of a new Right of Way Across Green Bridge 1.
Issue 6. The adoption of an alternative option to that of retaining the existing layby on the current A303 situated to the west of SLF.
Issue 7. The adoption of restrictive access along the decommissioned A303, west of SLF.
