I am concerned by the speed of traffic causing damage to the site. Stonehenge has always been visible from the road but if this goes ahead this will no longer be the case. This means that the only way to see these age old stones would be to pay. This is unfair and unjust. UNESCO say this site is 'landscape without parallel' and as such this WHS should be left as is. The whole area is precious and needs to be protected. The rare birds, Stone Curlew and Great Bustard need to be protected too. The additional noise in the area would disruptive to all around.
