I object to this proposal because;

  1. This is an iconic Landscape which must at all costs be preserved for future generations. Driving a significantly larger road through this area will of course compromise it's standing across the world and cause major damage. You must look at all the different alternatives first.

  2. There will be a huge increase in noise from the extra traffic generated by the new infrastructure.

  3. Also consider the disturbance to wildlife - particularly the Great Bustard and the Stone Curfew. The activities of humans is already seeing species extinction at a rate of 150 per day (this is not a misprint) The continued damage to our environment has to stop.
