The landscape surrounding Stonehenge is of supreme importance Historically, Archeologically, Educationally and as a Social amenity. To destroy that landscape irreparably by driving a road through it, for reasons of expediency, economics or lack of imagination is vandalism of the worst kind. It is a World Class site, respect it as such. There are other options, consider them.
