I believe that putting a dual carriageway through the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge will be damaging not only to the environment, destroying the habitat of rare bird species and increasing air pollution, but will devastate one of the UK's greatest treasures. Stonehenge and the area around it should be protected for future generations to enjoy. We should respect this wonderful ancient site, that has been treasured for thousands of years.
These plans should not go ahead under any circumstances.
