I oppose the construction of the A303 Stonehenge Express Way
This will cause untold damage to the Stonehenge landscape, and destroy archaeological sites - i.e. Blick Mead, Vespasians Camp. Organisations such as UNESCO are opposed to the scheme for the above reasons.
As a lifelong Amesbury and Salisbury resident I feel that the site will be taken away from anyone wishing to view it from the road.
I am also concerned for wildlife; and the effect this scheme would have on endangered and vulnerable animals, in particular Stone Curlew and Great Bustard populations, plus the many others who would also be greatly compromised.
