The plan would cause untold damage to this most important national monument and the surrounding area. UNESCO are opposed to the proposal as it stands. Blick Head could be irreparably damaged. There weren't enough alternative options in the initial consultation. Lack of view and the need to pay to go and see something that belongs to us all. Faster traffic would mean more noise. There would be disturbance of important bird life.
