We are concerned that the proposal will damage the archaeology of the world heritage site and may interfere in consequence with our current use of the site for ritual purposes. Our submission will be than the current choice of method to construct the tunnel will, in fact, be damaging to the WHS, and that this can only be resolved by a longer entirely bored tunnel.
