The Examining Authority has published an additional submission from the Applicant in response to its procedural decisions of 21 March 2023. It has accepted and published an additional submission from Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, also related to the matters addressed its procedural decisions of 21 March 2023.
The Examining Authority has issued a procedural decision (PDF, 220KB) indicating its response to the SoST Written Ministerial Statement of 9 March 2023 and the request for extended time in pre-examination from Thurrock Council. It has decided to allow an extension until July 2023 but has not granted an extension until September 2023. It proposes to hold a Programming Meeting to discuss resources and the production of Local Impact Reports with the local authorities involved in the Examination and will provide notice of this in due course.
