As a holiday home owner in Allhallows , near Rochester - this will affect traffic flow from Essex to Kent and congestion will build up around get entrance in burg sides of the estuary. The damage to the local environment in Kent near Shorne and Cobham will negatively split these countryside villages and cause traffic mayhem! The residents of these areas as well as other local areas will be impacted as well. Please bear in mind that with more increased traffic as well as more housing being built - will exacerbate the whole situation.
