I am interested to know why this project is still being considered . Taking into consideration the negative environmental impact, the loss of green belt, devastation to ancient woodlands and wildlife habitat and the fact it will not solve any current congestion issues. On the contrary. Congestion and pollution will increase . I would also like to know how the estimated amount of money it will cost can be justified due to the countries, current, economic crisis.
