Having been a regular user of the Dartford Crossing for a number of years, it is obvious that the Bridge Crossing at Dartford is far quicker and less prone to delay than the Tunnel Crossing at Dartford. Your application for this new crossing by tunnel is likely to cause more delay than using a bridge would. Why do you not use a new bridge crossing rather than a tunnel?
