I am the borough councillor for Chalk. As Such, I believe the development will be an unacceptable disruption for years to the residents I represent. I do not believe a tunnel will solve the problem at Dartford and i think an additional bridge at Dartford will be required before the LTC is finished I am also concerned about the noise from 'sub stations' and the development of a 'protection tunnel' near the residential areas of Chalk.
