The UK has a legal obligation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Road transport is now the economic sector which contributes most to these and action needs to be taken on reducing it. The Lower Thames Crossing will only increase traffic, and carbon emissions, and is thus illegal as well as morally reprehensible.
