I have serious concerns about the effect of this possible development on the wildlife and habitat in Essex. The South East and particularly south east Essex is already over developed and over populated. This development will generate even more traffic and CO2 emission pollution which is in direct conflict with the Government’s target of achieving net zero by 2050. It will also bring biodiversity loss, fragmentation of habitat, increase in noise and lighting further disturbing wildlife and associated and future development will put additional pressure on wildlife and already diminishing wild spaces.
