Clearserve Ltd (CSL) supports the DCO Application. CSL acknowledge that land & rights at Rainbow Shaw Quarry need to be acquired/ possessed in order to deliver the LTC Project, as CSL land falls within the 'Order Limits'. A Statement of Common Ground process is envisaged to determine the detailed land & planning matters arising, including; * the LTC Project impact on CSL's statutory requirement to Restore the quarry & implement a 5 year programme of Aftercare, requiring variations to be made to the consented position pursuant to Section 73 of the 1990 T7CP Act; * the matter of CSL's land (& development potential) being injuriously affected by the LTC Project;
