The impact on traffic and pollution in the Thurrock area. The direction of which traffic is expected to take after the LTC has been completed, particularly in relation to the additional traffic using the Orsett Cock roundabout and A13 due to the lack of direct access to Tilbury docks when travelling North on the new LTC.
