My representation will be based on the "keeping of promises" to the general public and will particularly look at :- 1) The environmental aesthetics - will be looking to see if the works embrace the landscape. 2) The betterment it offers the community in terms of rambling and cycling. 3) The general management of the works in term of safety and good site management and their impact on the community in general. 4) Make comment if possible to ensure the works show the very best of BRITISH civil engineering.
