I have concerns about the impact on wildlife and habitats in Essex, particularly biodiversity loss. The work could seriously impact animals such such as water voles and reptiles, and rare invertebrates. I think the key concern for me is that the project will cause fragmentation of habitats, including ancient woodland and local wildlife sites, putting further pressure on the ability of many creatures to thrive.
