While not an exhaustive list, the main points that I wish to develop in my further detailed representation during the formal examination are: • That I am broadly supportive of the project, recognising that it is important to economic regional development and the need to ease congestion upon the existing Dartford Crossing • I welcome additional investments in green spaces within the project, including investments to improve the accessibility and connectivity of existing green spaces, within Hornchurch & Upminster and the surrounding area • I have concerns relating to the associated works and road closures upon the local road network during the construction phase of the project and would welcome scrutiny to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum and that works are scheduled so not to conflict with other significant projects in the vicinity at J28 of the M25 and anticipated works to Gallows Corner Flyover • I am concerned at the siting of the M25 Construction Compound within North Ockendon and would welcome further scrutiny of proposals to mitigate local residents, particularly those in Church Lane, from all types of pollution emanating from the site during its operation • I am concerned that there is appropriate mitigations to ensure that any noise and air pollution from the operation of the new highway to areas closest to it, in Upminster, Cranham and North Ockendon in particular • I am concerned that, as the organisation most impacted by the project within my constituency, the Thames Chase Community Forest have been provided appropriate support and mitigations
