Our client objects to any permanent rights over the access route identified as plot 44-112 and area identified as plot 44-90 on the Land Plans Regulation 5(2) (i) Sheet 44 that would impede the use of this land for either its current use or any future alternative use. This land is subject to a promotion/option agreement to a commercial developer owing to its strategic location near to the A127/M25 junction. Our client was given to understand that access along the route of plot 44-112 and into the area of plot 44-90 was for the purposes of a boring operation in connection with utility and that this access and the associated area were required on a temporary acquisition basis only. Our client sees no justification for any permanent rights to be acquired.
