I am writing to oppose this proposal. I do not believe this is the right approach to addressing traffic in the Dartford Tunnel, I am concerned about on the impact on the landscape and biodiversity, including the Kent Downs AONB and I am concerned that the money spent on this road building could be better spent on sustainable transport projects which would, among other things, really help to address Climate Change.
