Arrangements for emergency evacuation within tunnel. Will a new rule be introduced as Auto Stradas in Italy and AutoBahns in Germany where traffic must move over to Crash Barriers on Lane 3 and Lanes 1 & 2 move towards "hard Shoulder" to provide "Fire Lane" for emergency vehicles when traffic comes to a stand. What provision will be applied to manage motorists who ignore red X lane closed. Cameras and automatic large fines?
