I wish to make a representation regarding motorcycles using the tunnel and having the same access rights as they have at the present Dartford crossing. i.e. learners can use the tunnel as can motorcycles below 125cc or the equivalent electric motorcycles. Although I was assured that this was the case at the consultations, this is not stated in the plans.
