CA REG RR Dear Sir/Madam On behalf of our clients, Linford Land Group (AP1631) and Mulberry Strategic Land Ltd (AP1581) we write in respect of MRC03 and with reference to our previous representations made to the Applicant's Minor Refinement Consultation in June 2023 and which are now under this Change Request MRC03 - East Tilbury utilities relocations and Order Limits reduction. As set out in our June 2023 consultation representations, in respect of the proposed changes which comprise the moving of the temporary Linford water pipeline alignment and Muckingford Road ULH further west and the subsequent reduction in the Order Limits, we confirm that our client supports the proposed changes. In respect of the temporary water pipeline, we refer the ExA to our submissions to the Examination and specifically to CAH3 in respect of the need to mitigate any impact that may be caused to our client's SANG and drainage proposals and the timing of those works under their proposed development under planning application reference 16/01232/OUT - works that will be required as part of Phase 1 and 2 of our client's development. We consider that this issue should be capable of being addressed by the Applicant, their contractors and our client during the design and build phase of the Applicant's Project. However, we raise it again here if the ExA consider that further undertakings from the Applicant are required to ensure this matter can be addressed at that stage.
