The Examining Authority has exercised its discretion and accepted the following Additional Submission:

This submission was received by the Planning Inspectorate on 10 May 2022, before the close of the A57 Link Roads Examination at 11:59 PM 16 May 2022. It was not published previously due to an administrative error. The Examining Authority will consider it in their Recommendation Report.
As the Examination has now closed, any comments on Mr. Hollins’ Additional Submission should be sent to the Secretary of State as a Post Examination Submission after the Examining Authority’s Recommendation Report has been submitted to the Secretary of State.

Due to a technical error, Interested Parties were notified that the A57 Link Roads Examination closed early on 16 May 2022. The correct time and date for the close of Examination is 11.59pm on 16 May 2022. This has also been confirmed in the Examining Authority’s Section 99 Letter (PDF, 132 KB) issued on 17 May 2022, which notified Interested Parties and others of the completion of the Examination.
