M3 Junction 9 Improvement

I have lived in the Village of [] for some 28 years and the M3 has been a very big part of my daily commute. The proposed works will have a catastrophic effect on the Villages that surround these works that are very much overdue. We have kore and more vehicles up our clogged up roads and we need to make this change to this junction input we must be mindful of the Residents that live nearby and of course we are In The SDNP so we must be vigilant at all times about our Habitat! This change also needs to be mindful of the Emerging Winchester Movement Strategy so please dont forget Pedestrians, Cycleways and Bridleways.
