To ensure the project is really worth it and if it goes ahead will it be another HS2 and stop halfway leaving a mess for whatever time it takes to get the money to carry on. Also similar to the Arundel By-Pass. I am deeply worried about the effects it will have on wildlife and nature in general if it's built, when it's being built and the after effects.
