The Examination Timetable for the application for Development Consent for the A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme made provision for the Examining Authority to issue a 'Report on the Implications for European Sites (RIES) and any associated questions (if required)' on Monday 22 May 2023. The Examining Authority has decided not to issue such a RIES and any associated questions as part of this Examination.
