A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme

I am interested in a number of issues surrounding this scheme which is important to residents in my Rural North ward. One area of particular concern is linkage with the a120. Modelling needs to consider the future dualling of the a120 between Braintree and the a12 and plan junction 23 or another junction with this in mind.
