I think in general the proposal will be positive, as a daily user of the A12 to Chelmsford I think the changes will improve safety and traffic flow which will support Economic Growth. My only point of concern is that the improved traffic flow towards Colchester will potentially create a pinch point at the Stanway/Spring Lane junctions which is already an area which suffers with serious accidents and traffic build up.
