My main concerns relate to: 1. the ecological impact of the scheme (both during construction and when in operation); 2. The impacts of the proposed changes to junctions around Kelvedon and Feering; 3. The (lack of) co-ordination with other local infrastructure schemes, such as the proposed re-routing of the A120 between Braintree and Marks Tey.
