The compulsory acquisition of 58 acres of my land that is only required for temporary purposes (e.g. the borrow pit). No evidence has been provided that shows there is a need to permanently take this from me. The removal of accesses without providing equivalent replacements that would be easily facilitated by the new trunk roads at the new Junction 21. National Highways can easily facilitate this into their scheme but have so far not. The island sites that have been produced where they are surrounded by temporary and/or permanent land take.
