It is madness to close junctions 20a & 20b. The bypass as is was built to alleviate traffic through Boreham village. By closing these junctions we are now going back many years to put traffic back through the village, bearing in mind that traffic volume has increased no end. Are you intending to traffic light all the side road junctions to enable a fair exit onto the main road for village people? It is obvious that Church Road and Plantation Road will now become rat runs to join the the A12 at junction 19. The bridge over the river is one single track! causing chaos at this point.
