Gateway 120 Ltd represents a group of landowners to the north of the current A12 between Feering and Marks Tey. We are concerned to ensure that the works maintain connectivity to this land, and allow the old A12 road to be retained as a potential access point for large scale housing and employment development proposals that were examined at the recent Local Plan reviews. Good connections must be maintained between the old line of the road and the new line at junctions 24 and 25 to minimise traffic through Feering and Marks Tey.
