We have a parcel of land which is marked for 'Land to be used temporarily and new rights to be acquired permanently'. We have a tenant occupying the site and land is within the fenced area of the site. Our tenant will require continued supply of utilities. To date, we are still waiting for confirmation of whether our land is required or nature of work if it is required.
