We act for an occupier with a qualifying interest to land that forms part of the proposed acquisition. The proposed acquisition will stop up a primary access to the remaining land, outside of the limits of the Order. Pre consultation with the Acquiring Authority has suggested that an alternative access route will be provided to this land however, we have not been provided with any evidence to corroborate these assurances.
